Walter R. Fawcett, III, Chief Executive Officer
Walter founded the agency in January of 1990 and continues to lead the organization in consistent annual growth. He has over twenty years of commercial insurance experience and is uniquely cross-trained in both Property & Casualty insurance and Employee Benefits insurance. Walter began his career with a Fortune 100 insurance company as a sales/field underwriter before moving into corporate insurance brokerage and consulting. As our agency grows, Walter continues to hold the organization to the principals of customer service that the company was founded on.

Kerry R. Martin, President & Chief Operating Officer
Kerry joined Plexus Groupe in May of 2007 assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer providing oversight to all agency operations. Kerry's primary responsibilities include managing agency growth, strategic positioning, and financial performance. During Kerry's eighteen year career, he has worked for global and regional insurance brokerage operations serving in a variety of roles including SVP, Management Liability Products Practice Leader, Account Executive and Producer. In addition, Kerry has worked as a Risk Management Consultant focusing on the Private Equity and Non-Profit industry segments. Kerry received an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University. |

Mitchell C. Andrews, Partner
Mitchell has over twenty-three years of experience in the Health & Welfare field. His career started as a field underwriter for a Fortune 100 insurance company. Today, Mitchell provides consulting services to help his clients attract and retain employees while maintaining financially sustainable benefit programs. He continually seeks to explore new and innovative ways to help his customers improve their employee benefits value equation within the ever changing laws of our nation. Mitchell received his degree from University of Colorado at Boulder's School of Business. |

William H. Lacey Jr., Partner
As Vice President of The Plexus Groupe's Dallas office, Bill is the leader of Health and Welfare practice and coordinates all consulting efforts for clients ranging in size from 50 to 30,000 employees. He brings over twenty years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry which includes insurance companies, third party administration, and benefits consulting and brokerage. Bill has extensive knowledge and experience with self-funded medical plans, managed care programs, and the development of plan design and contribution strategies. |

Michael Mann, Senior Vice President
Mike joined The Plexus Groupe in March 2010 as Senior Vice President of the Property & Casualty Practice, bringing over 20 years of experience with commercial insurance, alternative risk transfer structures and risk management programs to the organization. During his career, his expertise was developed at global and regional insurance brokerage firms, overseeing business development, insurance placement, carrier relationship management and client service platforms. He is s responsible for directing the P&C Account Executive teams to ensure the Plexus Client Service model is delivered in a timely and responsive manner. Mike received his Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and carries the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The Institutes. |

Nancy Weisz, Senior Vice President
Nancy joined The Plexus Groupe in February of 2011 assuming the role of Department Head for the Chicago Health and Welfare Group. Nancy has over 25 years experience in all facets of employee benefits including working for a global brokerage firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions group, consulting firms specializing in HR and employee benefits, and as Director of Employee Benefits for a large multi-state retailer. Nancy’s responsibilities include overseeing the Account Management Teams and direct client consulting to ensure overall client service satisfaction. Nancy graduated from Ottawa University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and holds a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation. |

Geoffrey L. Isaac, Senior Vice President
Geoff joined The Plexus Groupe in September of 2007 as head of Claims & Legal, overseeing all claims consulting, coordination, and liason services for clients. Geoff practiced law for over 20 years as a partner with an internationally recognized law firm counseling domestic and foreign insurance carriers dealing with high-exposure lines of professional, corporate governance, property and casualty, and errors and omissions liability, including claims consulting and coverage litigation. He also served as head of claims and administration with a managing general underwriter providing underwriting, claims management, product development, and marketing services to Lloyd’s of London syndicates. Geoff received his Juris Doctor from The University of Michigan Law School. |

Michael K. Smith, President, Plexus Financial Services LLC
Michael serves as President of Plexus Financial Services, LLC, a broker dealer and Registered Investment Advisor subsidiary of The Plexus Groupe LLC. Plexus Financial provides independent advice on corporate retirement strategies, including investment, plan design, fiduciary assistance and provider management consulting services for plan sponsors of all sizes.
Michael has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including leadership positions at both national and global firms. Michael’s areas of expertise include defined contribution, defined benefit and non-qualified retirement plans, as well as an extensive background in group employee benefit offerings and enterprise-wide human resource management strategies. Michael holds an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago and a BA in Management from North Central College in Naperville, IL. He is an Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and holds several securities industry licenses as a registered representative and Principal. |
