Mitchell C. Andrews – Managing Director

Mitchell has over eighteen years of experience in the Health & Welfare field. His career started as a field underwriter for a Fortune 100 life insurance company. This evolved into a Senior Account Executive position for their Chicago Office, where he was exposed to a multitude of different industries and product requirements before joining The Plexus Groupe.

William H. Lacey, Jr.  – Managing Director

As Vice President of The Plexus Groupe's Dallas office, Bill is the leader of Health and Welfare practice and coordinates all consulting efforts for clients ranging in size from 50 to 30,000 employees. He brings over eighteen years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry which includes insurance companies, third party administration, and benefits consulting and brokerage. Bill has extensive knowledge and experience with self-funded medical plans, managed care programs, and the development of plan design and contribution strategies.

Kerry R. Martin  – Chief Operating Officer

Kerry joined Plexus Groupe in May of 2007 assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer providing oversight to all agency operations. Kerry's primary responsibilities include managing agency growth, strategic positioning, and financial performance. During Kerry's eighteen year career, he has worked for global and regional insurance brokerage operations serving in a variety of roles including SVP, Management Liability Products Practice Leader, Account Executive and Producer. In addition, Kerry has worked as a Risk Management Consultant focusing on the Private Equity and Non-Profit industry segments. Kerry received an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University.

Lori R. Moreno – Senior Vice President

With 20 years of underwriting experience before joining The Plexus Groupe, Lori leads our property and casualty practice with a unique business perspective. Lori spent 18 years with one of the leading global insurance companies holding various underwriting and management positions within specialty underwriting departments focusing on Financial Institutions, Technology and Life Sciences companies. As part of her life science focus, Lori designed products and implemented the Midwest Region Life Science practice. Lori joined Plexus in January 2001 and draws from her vast base of underwriting experiences to bring broad based, value oriented programs to clients.

Amy Sandersfeld — Senior Vice President

Amy joined The Plexus Groupe in September 2001 and has been the Director of the corporate Health and Welfare department in Chicago since 2005. Her more than 10 years of experience includes time working at a large insurance company in underwriting, plan design, case implementation and claims handling. Amy has product expertise in self insured benefit plans, voluntary worksite benefits, consumer driven plans, and risk management. In addition, she is responsible for overseeing the Account Management Teams to ensure timely insurance processes and overall client service satisfaction. Amy graduated Cumme Laude from Concordia University Wisconsin with a Bachelors degree in Accounting.

Dale Brickert — Senior Vice President

Dale Brickert has over 12 years experience in corporate insurance including working for a Fortune 100 health insurance company and a Dallas consulting firm which also specialized in HR and benefits administration and outsourcing.

Dale's expertise includes: insurance company processes and set up, claim issue resolution, client management, communications, reinsurance and finance for both fully insured and self-funded benefit plans. Dales responsibilities include direct client consulting as well as all Account Management functions and staffing for The Plexus Groupe Dallas office. Dale is an integral team member for all client service functions and insurance processes. Dale graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor of Science.
