The Plexus Groupe employs on-staff information technology and communications consultants that work with clients to deliver accurate, reliable employee communications during open enrollment and throughout the entire plan year. As a partner with our clients, we help you develop your message to be delivered to employees, and then deliver the message in person to ensure it is to your satisfaction.

With our network of providers and third party administrators, we are able to offer services in the areas of Online enrollment, Online FSA/HRA/HSA submission and administration, COBRA administration, and EAP services to help facilitate the programs/messages we are delivering to your employees.

Other communications services include electronic file feeds to carriers, benefit/advocate call centers, HRIS system RFP’s and system integration of all vendors and total outsourcing of benefits programs.
