The Plexus Groupe is pleased to announce the promotion of Brenda Burke to Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits Practice Leader for the Dallas office.
Brenda joined Plexus in 2013 and has over 35 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry. Her career spans roles in sales and service with a national life and health carrier, underwriting, and serving as a benefits manager for a 15,000-employee national restaurant company. For over two decades, Brenda has worked in Health and Welfare consulting, delivering innovative and tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients.
During her tenue at Plexus, Brenda has emerged as a respected team leader, consistently providing strategic benefits solutions and exceptional service. Her dedication to fostering collaborative relationships and driving results has been instrumental in enhancing the firm’s reputation as a trusted partner in employee benefits.

She will also join the Plexus Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the firm’s overall strategic initiatives and growth objectives.
With equal excitement, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Laurie Kuhlwein as Executive Vice President, Strategic Services Leader, and Partner. In this new role, Laurie will manage the national Employee Benefits resources, oversee national vendor partnerships, expand standard operating procedures, provide oversight for the Oklahoma City office, and continue serving on the Plexus Senior Leadership Team.
