Floyd will lead The Plexus Groupe’s operational strategy to design, implement, and track policies to promote the organization’s overall collaborative culture. Floyd will provide strategic leadership to achieve The Plexus Groupe’s mission of growing the finest insurance advisory firm that cares about people, builds lasting relationships, and is trusted by clients.

He’ll support Practice Leaders by developing operational efficiencies that benefit our associates and clients.
Floyd has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry serving in various executive roles. Most recently, Floyd was President, Great Lakes Region for Relation Insurance Services.
